Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Able and willing to work both on the field and in the back office
  • Prepare and implement operational standards for the restaurant
  • Control daily restaurant operations and oversee all restaurant-related activities (service and kitchen)
  • Provide verbal and written reports to the company regarding restaurant operations (weekly & monthly)
  • Responsible for the availability of raw materials and all restaurant inventory
  • Handle and address customer complaints and feedback
  • Fully responsible for sales targets and able to develop restaurant marketing strategies
  • Oversee the restaurant’s management system

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Minimum of D3/S1 degree (Hospitality/Tourism major preferred)
  • Maximum age of 35 years
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in F&B
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Honest, discipline, and responsible
  • Skilled in leading team briefings, meetings, and motivating the team
